Even though they all have the same expression, and there are no words spoken between them, it's easy to create little captions to go with it

Because of the simplicity of the face, their expression could be read as sadness, disbelief or shock. And that is what drew me to this piece to begin with. The fact that so much can be said and interpreted with this scene.
I also like the fact that there is little background. I think that if you placed them in a room, it would draw away from what's happening. But then again, I'm imagining them to live inside a giant box with the insides painted green x3 The render itself is beautiful, with nice soft shadows.
